Lebanon’s Hezbollah, a pro-Iranian militia group, has attacked military facilities in Israel’s Galilee region using drones and guided missiles, resulting in at least six injuries. Hezbollah claimed responsibility for attacking an Israeli reconnaissance outpost, as reported by its affiliated TV station Al-Manar TV.
Six people were injured in the attack, with one reported in critical condition, according to Israeli emergency services. It’s not specified whether the injured are civilians or soldiers.
Hezbollah cites retaliation for the killing of its fighters by Israel as the motive behind the attack. In response, the Israeli Defense Forces retaliated against the attack site, and Israeli fighter jets also targeted Hezbollah military facilities in southern Lebanon.
