HFM Copy Trading
A Strategy Provider’s newly opened trades are replicated automatically in a dedicated Follower account.
- No personal VPS or continuously running MT4 terminal is normally required.
- You choose the provider, volume allocation and rescue level.
- You can monitor trades and stop following through the myHF area.
- A performance fee applies when the copied strategy produces positive performance.
Self-operated Free EA
You install and run an Expert Advisor on your own MT4 account and remain responsible for its configuration.
- Requires the correct MT4 installation, chart, timeframe and lot settings.
- MT4 must remain connected while the EA is operating.
- A VPS is recommended for stable 24/5 operation.
- You are responsible for updates, monitoring and risk settings.

Do I need a VPS?
HFM Copy Trading does not normally require you to operate a personal VPS because trade replication runs through the Copy Trading service. A self-operated MT4 EA needs the terminal to remain online, so a VPS is recommended for stable operation.
Is HFM Copy Trading free?
HFM states that there is no administration fee to join Copy Trading. However, a performance fee is payable to the Strategy Provider when the strategy’s performance is positive. Review the provider’s fee before following.
Is the maximum leverage 1:2000?
Not for every account. HFM lists leverage up to 1:2000 on selected standard accounts, while its current public Copy Trading specifications list maximum leverage of 1:1000. Available leverage depends on entity, account type, equity, instrument and current terms.
Can I use TZS as the trading-account currency?
Do not assume TZS is available as an account base currency. HFM’s public account specifications list other base currencies depending on account type. Funding methods and any currency conversion are shown inside your myHF area and may change.
Is this proof that HFM is locally licensed in Tanzania?
No. This country guide does not establish local authorization. Check the exact HFM legal entity, regulator, eligibility and protections displayed during your registration before depositing funds.
Do I still control my Copy Trading account?
HFM states that Followers can choose allocation and risk parameters and can stop following a Strategy Provider. Trades are nevertheless copied automatically, so losses can occur before you intervene.
Are profits guaranteed?
No. Neither an EA nor Copy Trading guarantees profit. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results, and you may lose all funds allocated to trading.
