Russia and Ukraine will return to the negotiating table on the 16th. A spokesman for the Russian Presidential Administration, Peskov, said Ukraine’s proposal to become a neutral country but retain its own army “can be seen as a compromise.”
Ukraine’s President Zelensky said Russia’s bargaining stance was “more realistic,” and Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergeĭ Viklov said he had expectations for an agreement, the Tas news agency reported.

In response to this, EUR is buying back. The atmosphere of this war has come out of the worst, and we are gradually going to risk on.
Personally, I thought it would get worse, but I may need to change my perspective.
