ECB will expand PEPP by 600 billion euros without changing the main rate

The European Central Bank’s (ECB) Board has decided to keep interest rates on its main refinancing activities and marginal lending and deposit facilities at 0.00%, as expected, 0.25% and -0.50% respectively.

More importantly, the ECB announced that it has expanded its Pandemic Emergency Purchasing Program (PEPP) by 600 billion euros to 1,350 billion euros.

Now the momentum for buying EUR again.

The EURCHF buy position has been reduced but continue.
