NZ prime minister postpones general election in October, due to re-expansion of corona infection

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern postponed the general election scheduled for September 19th for four weeks on October 17, following the newly confirmed spread of the new coronavirus in New Zealand. Announced to do on the 17th.

▽ Last week in the country, a new coronavirus infection was confirmed in the city for the first time in 102 days, and measures were taken to extend the lockdown (city blockade) in Auckland, the largest city.
